Tracy McConnell has been serving as an intentional interim Pastor at East Arlington Baptist church since February of 2025. With over 30 years of experience in pastoral ministry, he is a seasoned interim pastor trained to help churches navigate the transition to their next pastor. Tracy and his wife, Sue, have been married for 36 years, and they have four adult children.
Tracy’s passion in ministry is to help Christians and churches become as healthy as possible, so they can be ready for Christ to use.
